Dear Delegators,

We wanted to give you a quick update on the work we’ve just completed to improve reliability of our ETH attestations.

Over the past week, our team has been addressing issues that were preventing attestations from being processed correctly. We performed a full rebuild of both the Ethereum execution and consensus layers, separating their data to ensure stability and faster recovery in the future. This included resetting and resyncing our Ethereum client from scratch, as well as reconnecting our beacon node to the execution client.

Right now, the system is fully online and in the process of finishing its synchronization with the Ethereum mainnet. The consensus layer (beacon) is already fully caught up and stable. The execution layer (Geth) is rapidly catching up via fast-sync, and once it finishes, the attestation flow will be completely restored.

What this means for you:

  • Attestation reliability will improve significantly going forward.

  • The fixes we put in place reduce the chance of long-term issues repeating.

  • No action is needed on your end — everything is handled by our infrastructure team.

We appreciate your patience during this maintenance and thank you for your continued trust and delegation. We will send a short confirmation once the final sync is complete and attestations are back to green across all monitors.

Hello everyone,

We’re glad to share that the verifier infrastructure has now been fully updated to the latest release and is running stably across all supported networks (XRP, DOGE, BTC).

Over the past days we’ve rebuilt, tuned, and closely monitored performance. The systems are now aligned with the official configurations, and the indicators show steady and consistent operation.

We will continue to monitor closely, but at this point things are looking good.

Thank you again for your patience and support.

Hello everyone,

We’d like to share a follow-up on the XRP situation.

Over the last few days we’ve continued to push hard on stability, and we’re pleased to report that our infrastructure is now in much better shape. The underlying systems are syncing as expected and we’ve seen strong signs of healthy operation.

That said, we are still in the observation window. XRP has been particularly challenging, and while recent results are encouraging, we want to be certain the improvements hold steady before making any firm declarations.

We remain fully engaged — monitoring round-by-round, validating performance, and ready to intervene if any anomalies appear. Our focus is on ensuring rewards flow consistently again and that the network remains stable for the long run.

Thank you once again for your continued patience and trust as we bring this to full resolution.
